We were referred to Matt during our most recent home purchase. He lives/works in Aliso Viejo and proved his local expertise covers Aliso, RSM, and Mission Viejo. We assume he is equally familiar with most/all of the South OC housing market, but those were the cities we focused on.
We really connected w/ Matt. Good guy and very easy going. He was very consultative as we looked at houses and ran through the pros & cons. When we finally pulled the trigger on a house, he was advocate from offer through closing. A good agent works hard for their money.
