We had an appointment today for a cavity for my 6 year old. I arrived with my two sons and was told my younger son couldn't go with me in the room to reschedule. I understand he cant be in the room: a friendly reminder when the appointment was made would be nice. They definitely remind you that you have a fee for the gas. How about being more accommodating. Not everyone has childcare and flexibility in their schedule to just reschedule.

They have special rates for new patients posted on their website. I scheduled the appointment online. When I called to confirm, they did not honor the appointment or the rate. I am not sure what the dentist is like, but their lack of integrity leaves me with a bad feeling on what the rest of my experience would have been like.

Dr. Markos and the whole team at GCPD are wonderful and caring! I brought my 4 year old and 1 yr.old and they were wonderful with both my boys. I highly recommend them. My sons who walked in anxious left with smiles on their faces! The team really knows how to create a safe comfortable environment for children. All around very happy š

Every visit to Gentle Care with Dr. Markos and his staff has been fantastic. I have three kids ages 9, 7, and 4 and check ups are quick and easy. They know just how to work with kids and their families. Everyone is organized and efficient while being kind and professional. Dr. Markos has been up front and informative answering questions about future braces and orthodontics. We definitely recommend Gentle Care.

Dr. Markos is a dedicated, experienced, and caring dentist. My children have been his patients for over eight years. First let me say Dr. Jaish Markos is a excellent Doctor. He has patience, care and gentle with my children . He explain patient teaching very well. Dr.Markos assistances and hygienist is great as well. However his reception Jenifer is very rude and disrespectful. She treat patients as if they are inferior to her . Rescheduling appointment or asking questions she take as disrespect . There is a young lady who also is working front desk. She does a excellent job, but Jenifer interrupts her and will not let her carry out her task . As I was rescheduling my child appointment (Jennifer) goes by Jenny

This is the first review i have ever felt compelled to write as a warning to parents of small children. We brought our son in February as we knew he does have some dental issues and needs a decent amount of work. So i would like to clearly state that i am not denying and it is necessary for him at 3 to be put under GA to have them fixed. The dentist is not my actually issue or the work it's the staff and how they go about the process of getting it approved. I see others on here mentioning as well they were made to put down a 200 dollar fee to move along the paper work because it was a emergency

I've visited this office recently because I notice a small brown mark on my sons front tooth. I came to find out that he had about four cavities. I was referred to him from another dentist. My son has just turned three and is never been to a dentist. I was told in the office that I had three options. The options were restraining him and filling the cavities sedating in the office or going to the hospital and completely being put under and capping all his teeth. Needless to say I was a basket case ... telling me that I have to put my son in the hospital and his front teeth which will fall

This is a long review, but I really feel like I need to tell my whole story to warn other parents out there and to give another alternative to those who might be as nervous as I was about putting my child under general anesthesia. While Dr. Markos seems like a nice guy, I would highly recommend finding a different pediatric dentist if your young child has major issues with his or her teeth as my one son unfortunately does. Gentle Care is a proponent of putting small children under anesthesia to do dental work, and will attempt to persuade you that it's the ONLY option. My review below explains
