Robert and Paul were very professional. They were very punctual and very careful to explain all that would be involved in the process. The workmen were also extremely accommodating and never even took a break. I’m very thankful that I found this company after I researched all the other window companies, and they lived up to their reputation. We are very satisfied with our experience with Triad Installations. Paul and Robert came by to discuss vinyl siding with us. They made the whole process very easy. We were able to pick a date for the following week, and it only took two days to have it completed. The crew was very professional and did a fabulous job. We are very happy. The team installed 15 vinyl windows in my home back in 2017. I recently noticed a crack in one sash (manufacturing issue - no fault of Triad Installations!) and Paul was out that day to take measurements and coordinate a replacement sash through the warranty program.
While delivering and installing the replacement sash, Paul even helped fix a strip of siding that had pulled off during a recent storm! Truly great service with every interaction.

Triad Installations replaced the storm damaged roof on my personal residence in 2013 and did a great job! This year, 2016, our newly acquired rental property, a triplex, desperately needed a new roof & Triad Installations was at the top of our list. Rich have us a great quote and the crew of five was on the job early Tuesday morning. They finished by early Wednesday afternoon. Again, a great job! The place looks SO GOOD!!! Rich Barlow of Triad Installations was great to work with - from quoting my new roof to installation of the roof and gutters. After a tree plunged into my roof as a result of a recent (June 2014) storm, I was overwhelmed by dealing with the insurance company and then contractors. However, Rich was professional and his quote was the same as the final bill. He and his crew were here when scheduled, did a great job of cleaning up any roofing materials - I have outside dogs so this was a concern - and he took the time to go into my attic and on the roof when he quoted the job.
