I recently used Roofing Pro to replace our roof after extensive hail damage. I was assigned salesman Tyler Galloway. From the start I was impressed with his presentation as well as his genuine concern that all my questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. Thru out the process he kept in touch and made sure we were satisfied with the job performance. We had Roofing Pro install a standing seam metal roof on our new construction and could not be happier with their work. My experience with them could not have gone any smoother. Chris met with my wife to discuss options and he took the time to discuss all the details with me before install. The crew arrived on time and left next to nothing for clean up. If you are in the market for a new roof Roofing-Pro is excellent! Chris Love handled the roof inspection and estimate for our project. He was very professional and extremely easy to work with through the whole process. The guys that came out and did the roof installation were the hardest working guys I have seen in a long time. Was quoted a price to add gutters to my home, was told would not be a problem to do the job.
Paid for the job in full as the company requested. Almost a month later, I called to find out when the job was going to be done??... Was told by "Tim" they were not going to do the job. No one ever called me to give me a update on the progress of the job & I had to ask to refund my money, since on one ever offered to give me a refund!! This company is a scam, do not use them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROOFING PRO....THEY ARE NOT SKILLED ENOUGH TO ENSURE SATISFACTION IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME!!!! The owner Chad Gleason personally came to our home on 10/15/2015 to provide a bid on installing a new metal roof. He clearly was looking for the sale and had not installed roofs per our issues with installation that followed. We discussed that the most important part of this roof is that it not leak. He said that if it does that they woud fix it right away. He provided a tentative start date of 3 weeks which would have been October 28th or November 4th at the latest.
