Happier Tenants: In some cases, a pets adds some level of security to your property, which could make your Tenant feel safer and happier and possibly translate into a higher renewal rate.Pet Damage: Yes, pets can clearly cause additional damage to the home. Professional service, great company and Scott is awesome! They helped us get a couple multi-family houses ready rent. I really like the fact they don't charge management fees and tenants pay me directly. Good response time and they get the job done. Highly recommend this company!

I’m still fairly new to real estates, but I’ve been with this company for almost 2yrs now. & my experience so far has been great! They are very patient and will work with you in any way that best suits your needs. Their vetting process is top notch, I haven’t experienced one bad tenant. Their rehab work is amazing, but I must admit can be a bit pricey, but worth it for keeping long term quality tenants. Their responsiveness for services/request are very quick in a timely manner.. Overall great experience!
