Jay is a consummate professional and has extensive experience with all types of installations. We were doing a fairly complicated TV mount above a gas fireplace and had to navigate the venting for the fireplace and mounting into metal. Jay comes prepared with all types of tools and supplies that enabled him to adapt our TV bracket to our particular installation issues. All that and he was responsive, easy to schedule and a very nice guy. Highly recommend for anything audio/visual and he is local and not part of some larger company not as focused on customer service and satisfaction.

I hired Jay to help integrate an older malfunctioning whole house audio system and home theater into the current up to date technology. It was pretty much a complicated mess. We had many options and it was quite complex, and Jay helped us with the plusses and minuses of all of these options. At no point did he try to sell us anything. He had our best interests in mind, and we ended up with a system that integrated most our existing components with some new technology. The end result is a system that is easy to use and we are very happy with the quality. Jay is passionate and very easy to work with
