Home Theaters used to be the province of the movie moguls. No more. In many homes, the family room serves as the media room. The focal point in many family rooms is a fireplace in the middle of a wall with either blank wall space or cabinets flanking the fireplace. Placing a flat screen TV over the fireplace mantle is a very popular design option. I’d like to recommend Electronic Integration for outstanding customer service and installation. Jeff W has incredible communication skills, especially working with someone like me who is non-techy with TV/sound stuff. Scheduling has been a breeze and he is highly communicative. I’d like to give a shout out to Chad C and Jason F who came out and reinstalled a TV previously purchased. They walked through it with me, explained everything to ensure I understood what I needed to do to have the set up I was looking for. They are courteous with incredible customer service skills. The technical team at EI came to our home to recreate the installation that existed in 2013 but allowed to lapse. Jason returned the second day to finish the installation. He took real ownership of the project and its challenges and persevered until it was done right. We are thrilled at the new capabilities in our home due to Control 4 and want to express our sincere appreciation to the team at EI.
