Andrew was fantastic! He was more than accommodating! My garage door would not close and when I called the after hour service from the company that installed it, they did not offer after hour or next day service. I switched to Overhead Door Company for their efficiency and excellent customer service. They installed a new door the next day and offered excellent customer service! They get a high five and a guaranteed new customer!

I recently bought a house and needed to address an incredibly loud and poor performing garage door. I engaged Overhead Door to replace the 20 year old opener and repair the door. Their tech, Paul, arrived on time, was polite, and fully explained the options to address all of the issues. Paul repaired the door and it sounds like it's brand new. He also installed a new Liftmaster opener, which has been working well. Great job!

Technician Rodrick Daley arrived on time, very professional, explained the overhead door opener unit he was going to be installing. After installation Rodrick assisted me with setting up the app account on my… phone, explained how the unit worked, programmed the additional remotes and ensured that the new unit worked properly and that I understood how it worked. Rodrick then cleaned up the area of all the boxes and removed the old unit. The price was as quoted, no after markups, no surprises. I couldn't be more satisfied with the installation process and customer service. GREAT JOB Overhead
