Beware. Needed a broken spring replaced.
There were (2) individuals that came to my building and left in less than 15 minutes of which one of them spent several minutes in the bathroom. They never brought a ladder in and didn't measure the springs. Then said there charge was $245.00 to order the parts. I called the office as I never got a written estimate to approve and they said the $245.00 was for the estimate. They said the techs were here over a half and hour as they have GPS. My video cameras say different. Still have not received a copy of the receipt and it took 2 days to get a quote and
