I am in the business of testing backflow valves so I deal with plumbers all over the metroplex. I just had Trident come replace a toilet at my personal home as well as installing a pump to give us instant hot water at our kitchen sink. Previously it took nearly 2 minutes to get hot at the faucet and now it takes about 20 to 30 seconds. I chose Trident because their installations are the cleanest amongst all the plumbers I have dealt with. They do the little things which are BIG. And all off their service guys are very professional.

I called the company because we had a clogged kitchen sink that needed repaired. They had a cancellation so fitted us in the schedule that day instead of a couple days later. Schuyler and his Assistant did a excellent job of making the repair and in a timely manner. They were professional, and the price was reasonable. We would call them again for sure if we needed a plumber.

Called Trident to inspect and diagnose a humming sound I was experiencing when using various water faucets, toilets, etc. They called before the appointment and showed up on time. Once here, they techs were prompt in their diagnosis and let me know it was likely on the city side. They also gave me tips on how to maintenance going forward and options for repairs/upgrades if we wanted. Not pushy at all and super helpful.

This company is very impressive. From the initial call with the administrator to the plumber and assistant, they were extremely professional and competent. Their quick reaction to my leak (same day service due scheduling availability) and direct approach to completion was much appreciated. I used Trident Plumbing based on a neighbors recommendation. Quick response to my call, sent multiple confirmations, the last one via text came with photo and name of plumber that would do the work; wore the slip on booties to keep floors clean; explained the problem & gave a range of options; there was no pressure; reviewed work done at completion; cleaned up; rates were better than my previous plumber; would absolutely use them again. Great experience & exceeded expectations .

We just completed our Master Bathroom & Utility Room remodel. If you are in the market for a plumber, LOOK NO FURTHER! Schuyler and his team were so knowledgeable and fantastic about taking their time to explain the process to ensure the remodel went smoothly. They did a spectacular job, were always timely, communicated via text when I had questions and always came prepared with a smile. I cannot sing their praises enough. Trident was wonderful. The girl on the phone was super sweet and helpful. The guys who came gave us our options and installed two new toilets upstairs. They got the job done and left everything spotless. We laughed about what he been shoved in one of the toilets years ago. They broke open the old toilet in their truck and it appeared to be chunks of plastic. A water bottle maybe? I highly recommend Trident. They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and personable.

Schuyler and his assistant replaced a faulty PRV valve in 3 hours. I found Trident from YouTube video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghcPsnSL8mk , describing the exact problem with exact symptoms of high pressure: knocking pipes, premature wear on faucets and appliances. This house had 2 major floods in 2012, and I was surprised the prior homeowner was not told about the excessive 120 PSI pressure that likely caused all the damage to begin with.
