VIP plumbing did an amazing job with helping to diagnose our water heater issue, helping to shut off the leak and then installing a tankless heater. Jon did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was and he professionally recommended a viable solution. He also was the only plumber to answer the phone during a Saturday evening over Labor Day weekend! The man is tireless and does not stop working!
I highly recommend VIP plumbing for any and all plumbing needs! I know I will use VIP again!

Jon at VIP Plumbing redirected and plumbed a gas line for my new residential cooktop . Jon was very easy to work with. Clean, efficient (finished well under time budget), professional and reasonable compared to two other estimates. Mask, booties, neat work, good clean up, the whole respect thing. Recommend.

BEWARE!! Stole deposit, did not do job, did not pay crew!!!!
I worked out a deal for Jon to re-plumb my house in Plano after foundation repairs indicated that the cast iron lines under the house were in too bad of shape to repair. We agreed on a price and I sent Jon a deposit of $2,000 dollars to get started on the job. There was a schedule to hold to as I had a contractor starting on the interior and Jon need to have some inside work done before that contractor could finish. Once Jon cashed my deposit check he sent his crew out to start the dirt work. They did some excavation with a backhoe and
