Balance & Flow Physio
Balance + Flow Physio, LLC was established in 2014 by Paige Raffo, PT with the goal of providing the best physical therapy by therapists that customize treatment for each patient. It is a unique, patient centered clinic that fosters healing, self discovery, and collaboration.

Breaking away from the fast paced, high volume outpatient model, Balance + Flow offers one-on-one 45-60 minute sessions that are personalized by the best physio therapists in Bellevue.Evaluations and treatments are based on a biopsychosocial approach which means the client is treated as a whole, not just as a physical injury.
Services
Paige is a licensed Physical Therapist and board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She earned her BS in Health Science from St. Mary's College of CA (1999) and Master's degree from Samuel Merritt University (2003). After only a year of practice as a PT, she was drawn to Pilates for it's effectiveness in spinal stabilization and postural training.
Myofunctional Therapy is specific exercises directed toward re-education of the muscles and movement patterns of the face, tongue, head and neck to optimize breathing, postural control, swallowing, chewing and speech. It is a highly effective method of improving and/or correcting inefficient habits that may have developed because of structure or compensatory habits.
Pilates is an whole body exercise modality created by Joseph Pilates in the 20th Century. Initially called "Contrology", based off of Joseph Pilates's mind-body philosophy, he believed that physical fitness can be restored with the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Pilates is based on eight core principles: breathing, centering, concentration, control, flow, precision, rhythm and whole body movement.
Medical Therapeutic Yoga (MYT) is a methodology for using yoga in healthcare and wellness care as a form of integrative and functional medicine by licensed healthcare professionals. Our Professional Yoga Therapists have completed training and graduated from the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute(R) and has been credentialed as a Professional Yoga Therapy (candidate) or Professional Yoga Therapist or Professional Yoga Therapist Assistant.
The information you provide is important for your PT to get a good understanding of why your are seeking physical therapy and early completion allows for best use of time at your initial evaluation. If you are unable to book online, please feel free to call or email us so we can get you the appropriate forms.

Paige took the time to listen and evaluate my condition carefully. Throughout the treatment she checked my progress and adjusted accordingly. After each treatment I felt better and looked forward to my next appointment.
I'll also add that the treatment room is kept very clean. Highly recommended!

Paige Raffo is a talented healer. She is intuitive, knowledgeable, compassionate - all while being realistic and funny. I am exceedingly grateful for her treatment. She furthered my TMJ / hyper mobility diangoses, enabling me to understand what was going on and how I could help myself when I won't get to see her as much.

Amazing and caring PT. They take a much better approach than most and really work on the root cause of yoir issues, not just treating the symptoms

Michael Ball has given me extra ordinary care over the years. Since 2010 he has helped me successfully recover from a compound fracture of my leg, pain in my shoulder, lower back pain with sciatica, and most recently pain in my left knee. I admire his expertise, patience, dedication, and caring. My life would not be the same without his care.

You won't find another physical therapist who understands form and function to the degree that Paige does. She continually advances her knowledge as research and training progress in not only her field but in many related areas that have contributory roles and her patients benefit from her consistent expertise. She can look at the big picture of what is going on with her patients and address their specific needs using a variety of modalities that go far beyond what a "typical" PT would understand. Highly recommend!
