Location is convenient. But myself and half dozen others where there on a Sunday at 4.45 pm when at 5 pm the power just shut off right in the middle of vacuum an when we asked why we all where told we are closed. When I ask why no one was made aware of this fact of closing in a few minutes we where informed that there was a sign we just didn't see it . But call me old school if you are closing promptly at five don't allow any more cars after 4.30 and if there are cars still there at 4.45 make people aware that facilities are closing in 15 min. Common curiosity. After all we spend hard earned money

completely mediocre. worst car wash ever. the car wash literally cracked my windshield. i go inside and tell the manager and he tells me it’s not his problem and to go thru my insurance. “it runs the same everyday and this rarely ever happens” so he literally said it has happened before then tells me it’s not the car washes fault…

Inspect the paint on your car after you get it washed. Bought there monthly service, used the service for approximately two months. However, the last time I got my car washed two things happened to my paint on my car (1) hood got the paint chipped away in multiple places; and (2) tire shine stains on both sides of my car. Noticed the stains after the first wash, then went back for a second wash to get it off. The manager came to the machine on the second wash, asking me if he could help me. I told him about it, he said that it was from the tire shine spray and that I needed to wipe it away right

Was not impressed with the car wash at all had to go to a regular car wash to get it clean after they ran it through twice when it was just grass clippings blowed on the car from the landscapers mowing wet grass that dried on the car definitely won't go back a wast of money specially when I pointed it out two guys holding brushes that were used maybe 5 sec. I could of done that quality of work with a garden hose and no I didn't point it out the 3rd time I left

We were just moved to the area and was excited to see this carwash because I came from Trinity Fl and they had the most amazing car wash . Same set up but Belleair is lacking and it could be a great place. I dont mind paying $40 a month but aleast have a way to clean inside and mats. When I asked they said they sell cleaning supplies in the store and no they did not have a machine to clean mats. I noticed there is never anyone at this wash but Trinity carwash is always slammed and provide a bottle of windex and rags at each vaccume and machine that cleans the mats. I cancelled the service after

So, while their vacuums work well, their car wash was absolutely terrible. There was almost zero foam put onto my car. When the pads for cleaning the car were hitting, it almost felt as if they were made out of rubber instead of cloth. They were extremely heavy when they hit my car, which I would advise against using because it felt as if it could scratch your paint.
However, they do have free air, so if there’s any way to skip the wash (even if you have to pay for it) it’s always nice to hose out your car and engine bay with the compressed air.

I really like it when a car wash does the little bit extra at the beginning of the wash. Take a scrub brushes gets the front grill and window and back bumper of the car. The hot spots for dirt to remove excess. Very nice set up. Like the rainbow soap helped get my scared son through. Nice vacuums. Could have been a bit stronger but we had both out at same time. Also, soap smells good. Nice wash even for the basic $10 will come back!
