Services
Dr. Joffe was born and raised in Wyckoff, and is proud to be serving his home community. After attending Ramapo High School, he graduated with honors from Union College with a major in chemistry. Dr. Joffe subsequently completed research at New York University where he published multiple papers in the field of biochemistry.
Dr. Pehlivan was born and raised in Virginia, but is excited to now be living in and serving Bergen County and the surrounding communities. He attended W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, VA and then went to Washington College in Chestertown, MD where he played Division III soccer and studied biology.
Jill McGovern is another Bergen County local, growing up in Oradell, NJ and attending River Dell High School, where she played 4-years of varsity soccer and basketball. She then attended Bucknell University, where she majored in biology as well as engaged in research, and continued to participate in the sports she loves at the club and intramural level.

I couldn't be any happier with Dr. Joffe, my daughter was admitted into the hospital and the next day they got her MRI done and once they found out what was causing her infection he right away took her in and cleaned everything out. We are home now and she is better than ever and I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Joffe and Jill and the staff for provided the best service for my daughter.

Having a 10 year old tear her ACL is a scary thing! Dr. Pehlivan has been amazing from day one and we never felt pressured to rush to surgery (until we made the decision that it was the right time). He made our daughter feel like she had a voice in the process and has been extremely responsive and supportive during recovery. The whole PPOS team has helped us navigate this challenging situation with patience and positive energy. She can't wait to get back to dancing again!

Hands down the only Ortho I will take both my children to! Very very clean, child friendly, great staff, new equipment, and truly took the time to make my daughter and myself feel comfortable. The decorations in the office are super cool and very nicely put together. Star Wars themes and more! Dr Joffe was able to notice a fracture the hospital missed and still managed to get the x-ray needed, when my daughter “1” wasn’t having it! Thanks again and keep up the great work 🙏🙏🙏 you guys are awesome!!!

There are no words that can express what a gift Dr. Joffe has been to my son. From torn ligaments and damaged cartilage to a fractured wrist and today surgery for repairs. Unfortunately yet fortunately for my son, Dr. Joffe has been part of our family for the passed 3 or so years. Thank you for being you and making all of these horrible situations bearable. Dr. Joffe is absolutely amazing. We came to him for a second opinion when my two year old hurt himself falling off the monkey bars. Not only did he and his amazing team keep our little one happy throughout our visit but he also found a way to calm down me and dad who were very distraught. Luckily a three week cast for our little one will do the job, but had it come to an operation I would have been very confident to entrust our little one to Dr. Joffe. Dr. Joffe is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced - and at the same time he is compassionate and warm. You can really tell that

Dr. Joffe is an incredibly talented and compassionate surgeon. His new facility is wonderful with lots of parking. He has been there for my kids, whenever needed, and always with a smile. A world class surgeon here in NJ. I hope you don't need his pediatric orthopedic services, but if you do, know that your children will be in excellent hands.
