A 360 fusion fuses the front and back of the spine to create greater stability for patients. ACDF is a minimally invasive form of neck surgery that relieves pressure and related pain. An ALIF removes all or part of a herniated disc and fuses vertebrae together to create greater stability. An anterior cervical discectomy relieves pressure and pain from the spine by removing a damaged disc.
360 Fusion (ALIF & PLF) is a minimally invasive procedure that restores spinal stability and provides pain relief by fusing both the front and back of the spine. A 360 Fusion, also known as anterior/posterior fusion, is a method used to treat patients with high degrees of spinal instability and persistent pain in their spine.
Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) is a form of neck surgery involving the removal a damaged disc to relieve spinal cord or nerve root pressure, alleviating the corresponding pain, weakness, numbness, and tingling. This minimally invasive procedure involves both a discectomy, the removal of damaged or herniated discs, and a spinal fusion to allow for parts of the spinal bone to fuse together and provide more stability in the spine.
An Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion is a minimally invasive spine surgery addressing pain-causing spinal discs in your lower spine. An Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion is a surgical procedure that approaches the spine from the front (anterior) of the body. The general goals of an ALIF procedure are to restore stability in the spine, reduce pain, or correct any spinal deformity.

The secretary get your insurance information verify your insurance.. setup the appointment you received a bill a few months later for the full amount telling you the insurance didn't cover cover the cost because the dr is out of network... they are not collecting co pay according to ghi thats there way of billing you because ghi doesn't have and agreement with them. Be very careful when making appointments especially if Daisy is making it for you....she is passing false information. And you are not seeing the Dr you are seeing the nurse practitioner who is relating the information to the doctor

A new doctor in cardiovascular care has replaced Doctor Sullivan it seems as though somethings a new doctor is not in touch with what recent test results revealed as the doctor that has been treating you for some years.the last time I saw Doctor Sullivan he seemed to think I was doing well the new doctor said I was a very sick man.Be aware of unnecessary testing I had a full workup 6 months ago all was well.lt seemed as if I was more like a customer than a patient ?

My appointment was at 2:15 for a check up. After an hr of waiting and seeing other people who arrived after me go in, I asked how much longer do I have to wait. After that it took 5mins to be called in and another 2mins for the checkup. I felt like they forgot about me the entire time. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Nice staff. Clean place. Comfortable seating. Comfortable bathroom.
However, make sure your paperwork is correct. The first time I went there they had written most of my information wrong, even though they had copies of my info. You should check regardless with any doctor that you go see, that the folder/paperwork they have during your consultation is correct!

Went today for a 11:00 am appointment. 1/2/2018
I was called within 5 to 10 minutes. Once in the back I sat for over 40 minutes waiting for the doctor. He decided he would see a patient who came way after I did. They clearly were close. Excited to see one another. He started to examine him and speak in their language. My time is just as valuable as the next person. Why have scheduled times and then see who ever you want in any order.
Yes I left because he is not the only ankle doctor and every patient's time should be considered.
