Rainelle Medical Center's mission is to promote and improve individual, family, and community wellness by providing quality health services and educational information, regardless of ability to pay, in the rural, medically underserved areas that we serve.

The Staff of Rainelle Medical Center and its Satellite Clinics are committed to providing comprehensive health care to the families of Greenbrier County, Eastern Fayette County, and surrounding areas. By encouraging good health practices, we hope to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of the areas that we serve.
Services
Rainelle Medical Center, Inc. and its satellite locations have a system in place to determine eligibility for patient discounts adjusted on the basis of the patient's ability to pay, known as our sliding fee discount system. The system provides from up to a full discount down to only a nominal fee to individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 100% of the Federal poverty guidelines.
The Rainelle Dental Center serves the surrounding communities as a General Dental practice. We treat patients of any age with various dental circumstances. Rainelle Medical Center is a FTCA deemed facility and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
Our staff of mental health professionals provides care across a wide range of disciplines, including counseling, evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. We strive to help each patient develop and achieve goals uniquely tailored to their individual situation, and offer the professional support of social workers, and physicians care.
The purpose of the Rainelle Medical Center's Black Lung/Respiratory Disease Program is to (1) Provide a facility to screen individuals for occupational disease, (2) Treat those cases diagnosed as having Black Lung or other Respiratory Diseases, and (3) Improve the "Quality of Life" for each patient through education, pulmonary rehabilitation, and benefits counseling.
To attend to unmet needs by providing quality health care where the children are; to support families by keeping children healthy; and to reduce barriers to learning by keeping children in school. The School-Based Health Center offers medical and behavioral health services provided by professional, dedicated, youth friendly, and caring staff and promoting the total health and wellness of every student is the focus of our center.
