Dr. Iwaloye is great! however the staff at the Alameda office are super rude. not professional at all every time i go and ask a question another girl answers, they are always on the phone and more concern with their personal problems. Theirs about 6 girls in their all huddled up together where they take your vitals and weight, just standing around not wearing masks, or even telling you when your next appointment is. you literally have to ask when your next appointment is or they'll just let you walk out.

To start with the staff is really rude. Secondly, when they called me for my appointment, since I was at work, they decided to call my emergency contact and tell them I had an appointment for my pregnancy. I had not told my emergency contact I was pregnant they were releasing my medical status over the phone. I was so upset they told my family. When I finally saw Dr. Duncan she was awful. She was all over the place an when she finally did get her head on straight to talk to me, she told me right now was not the right time to get pregnant. She was flustered and mean.
