Not only did Sara sell our condo in EIGHT DAYS for 10% OVER ASK (with Ray Lyon, another fantastic agent!), but she also helped us negotiate a great deal for our new home, which we absolutely love. She was ALWAYS there to help with every possible question and issue, no matter how big or small. She went WELL above and beyond what I think most agents would do. Sara was the property manager for my condo in Mar Vista, CA for two years before selling the property for $43K over asking in August 2016. Sara is a straight shooter, she has a calmness about her that allows you to think more clearly in high stressful situations. With ups and downs of property management she was always fare to me and to the tenants. I didn't have a worry in the world when selling the condo as I know Sara knew best and her standout character was a blessing!
