Brian and his team are superb. We met Brian while we were viewing houses. We didn't have a listing agent at the time, and he was the seller's agent for a house we were interested in. Brian had such a great vibe that we decided we wanted him to represent us when it came time for us to list our Santa Monica condo. Brian is extremely knowledgeable; he's local to the area and was already familiar with our building. We had our condo listed with another agent and could not ever get a single offer! We cancelled our contract with her and listed with Brian Maser. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. We received a excellent offer well above the selling price the day after Brian Maser listed our condo. We agreed and signed the offer selling our condo within 30 days. There are a lot of realtors to choose from but not many great realtors can be found. I think buying a home is stressful for many people so it's amazing to have a realtor who is calm, knows the market and is generally someone you would want to be hanging out with. The Maser Team are all highly knowledgable about their particular areas on the Westside. So many calls and emails and looking at many, many houses later, You will be glad the Maser Condo team was on your side. Yes, they sell houses too!

I first met Brian in mid-August, 2013. Our initial appointment went really well and after interviewing two Realtors before him, knew straight away that he was the right one for the listing. He stood out from the rest because instead of telling me what he could do, he asked me what my ideal selling situation would be and what my goals in selling the property were.
I had a tenant in my Unit and was yet to have the freedom to furnish my deed. Brian waited patiently and worked with what he had until we were finally able to sign the listing agreement 6 weeks later!
