Yesterday Fish gave Katie fits while being groomed. Katie handled the situation perfectly. Fish looked great even though I feel like Katie was stressed about it. Katie offered a recommendation for her next visit and took care of the arrangements for oral sedation. Everyone at Valleydale has been amazing! I am very glad that I chose to use this clinic and highly recommend them.

Every single person who came to my car or answered the phone was kind and courteous. No one was ever impatient with me and my questions. Dr Winke answered all my questions and helped me understand all the instructions for my pets aftercare and all the things they had to do to care for my pet while he was there. I have to travel over 30 minutes to Valleydale but it will always be my first choice for my pets care.
