Before the practice was Rockwall Oral Surgery, Dr. Pollock began Rockwall Oral Surgery and Jamie was the first employee. She had a front-row seat as the practice has grown and evolved. Jamie served as office manager as well as surgical assistant in the early days and continues her role as practice manager today.

Dr. Pollock and his team are best. My son had his wisdom teeth removed last week. The process was easy and my son has not had any problems. Honestly, I was nervous about getting teeth extracted and getting 3 implants in my mouth, but as I sat down in the chair getting ready to go under, Dr. Pollock and his staff members were right there by side. They were extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Anytime I get work done there, they make sure I am in no pain whatsoever! Professional AND personable at the same time, the staff, all the way from office up through Dr. Pollock, were so thorough and explained everything completely at pre-surgery appointment time. That, along with the excellent information booklet sent home with me, made for a relaxed, no nerves surgery day. Dr. Pollock did an excellent job, and post-op follow up the next day, via phone and text, was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Rockwall Oral Surgery.

Dr. Pollock and his staff are amazing. I had a cracked tooth and they were quick to respond. I found everyone helpful and they worked together as a team. I didn't have to constantly answer the same questions over again. Office was very clean and professional. Procedure was kind of last minute and several staff jumped in to bring it all together. Dr. Pollock made sure I was pain-free during the procedure and followed up with me to ensure things were going as planned that night. Great experience!

Everyone in the front office was nice and professional from day one. Scheduling my apts were easy and the procedure was well explained through resources online. Dr Pollock has great bedside manner and was personable and easy to talk to during the initial consultation and during the day of the procedure. His staff and himself provided great medical care and he texted me the same evening to check up on me. My recovery went well with no complications. I am pain free now. I would definitely recommend Dr Pollock to anyone looking for a great Oral Surgeon

Dr. Pollock and his staff were very professional, courteous, caring and patient. My molar extraction under sedation was performed with no discomfort or issues. He and his staff called post surgery to ensure I was doing okay. Will definitely use him for my implant once the bone graft is ready. I highly recommend him.
