Hope's realty team is great! Hope always goes the extra mile to also teach about current real estate market climate and how you can get the most out of every home purchase. She is extremely well versed in financing options, has a great network that she has put me in contact with (mortgage broker, appraiser, real estate attorney, 1031 exchange agents, closing agents, etc). Additionally, hope grew up in the area and knows the terrain very well from Raleigh to Charlotte. We had such a great experience using Hope and her team. We moved to North Carolina from Texas and she helped us even before we got here. She knew all about each area we were looking at, especially how towns were growing, where the highways were being build and who had strong HOA's. Her team really helped us with a smooth closing. Her recommendations for contractors and mortgage brokers, attorneys, were all fabulous. I would use her again and recommend her.

Hope helped us sell our house quickly and effectively. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. Hope is a busy lady but, she made time for all of our questions and concerns.
