Our experience with Van was great! He was a pleasure to deal with and always had a smile on his face. This is a crazy hot market, but Van always managed to make us feel like we were his priority with his attentiveness to our requests. Van was instrumental to our process of moving from out of town. He was incredibly kind and capable, easily navigating both an extremely tight time window and the additional pressures associated with the current pandemic climate. He was very willing to travel for us, often showing us multiple properties in a day over FaceTime, and went the extra mile to impart his wisdom regarding an unfamiliar area to us. Van is not only a top notch realtor but also a genuinely nice person. He cared about what we wanted, listened and was able to achieve what we wanted in buying and selling a house. But ours sold quickly and for a price that we wanted. Van had great open houses, beautiful pictures made of the house, and fantastic marketing through other channels for our house.
