If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. My energy healing gift is a high frequency healing modality. This frequency is unique to me, meaning that no one else has this exact same modality or energy healing method. It is not something that I learned; this energy just flows through me when I do the work.
Hypnosis is a highly focused state of mind, which allows the subconscious mind to become more available, allowing changes to take effect on a deep level. By tapping into the subconscious mind, real work and healing can be done much more quickly and more effectively than when working with only the conscious mind.
Support and guidance is so important as you navigate this often painful and confusing journey. Being a twin myself, I know this journey well. I can help guide you to inner peace and strength. Energy healing is crucial for this journey so you don't stay stuck. It can help you move through the intensity more quickly and find a sense of well-being.
Spiritual Counseling includes Energy Healing during the session. During a Spiritual Counseling session, you can talk to me about anything you want to work on. I ask my and your higher self for guidance to bring you the wisdom and clarity you are seeking. I bring in all of my spiritual gifts of intuitive empathy, clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudiance, clairsentience, and spiritual healing to help you on all levels.
Champissage or Indian Head Massage, is a powerful and deeply relaxing experience. It is performed on the neck, shoulders, upper arms, scalp, face and ears with energy balancing included. Champi, which means "head massage" in Sanskrit, comes from the Ayurvedic tradition practiced in India for over a thousand years.

As a hypnotherapist, I have been very lucky to receive sessions from many gifted practitioners and Stephanie stands out as one of *the creamiest* of the cream of the crop. Her vast training as well as her multi-faceted approach (using sound healing, etc.) makes for a very unique and beneficial experience. I am SO looking forward to more sessions with her.
