My event started on 9/24/2011 and continue through 9/27/2011. My daughter and now son-in-law needed transportation to Chateau Elan and I was not familiar with a Limousine service in my area. A local vendor listed them on their VIP list and I decided to give them a call. At first I just booked a one way trip and after the service was SUPERB, we contacted them and they took care of the rest.

Fantastic company! Maria is on top of her game. Used her services for my son’s wedding. We reserved the Sprinter for the wedding. It was so great! Our driver was super nice and professional. It made it so much fun for us and our family from out of town. We also used the airport car service to pickup and drop off our family members. On time, clean and professional.

Empress Elite helped make our daughter's prom night with friends perfect! Everyone had a great time, and the driver was on time for pick up, dinner, the big event, and arriving home. I had never let my daughter go with friends (without family) until now, and after a great experience, I would recommend Empress to everyone. They put safety first!

The service was top notch! We used Empress Elite while we were in town for a family wedding and they drove us to and from the airport. Both drivers were on time and incredibly friendly. The cars were very spacious and CLEAN! I would HIGHLY recommend using this car service!!

After being cooped up for over a year (due to COVID) our family decided to treat ourselves to a Cancun vacation complete with luxury transportation. And boy did Empress Elite Limousine meet that luxury transportation criteria. The entire process was a superb experience. From getting the quote to booking I felt like an appreciated customer. And then the actual transportation was exceptional. Our driver, Frederic Ernest, was amazing. Very friendly and professional. The vehicle was exceptionally clean both inside and out. I'm very glad to have put my trust in this company. They are very communicative during the booking and during the event. Their limos are super clean and gorgeous. Their shuttle busses are roomy and comfortable. For weddings, I highly recommend you have someone as the point person that is not the bride or groom. Make sure they have contact with the transport service.
