My facility used their service to install security cameras. It has been a disappointing experience. There have been issues with the connection of our cameras and without physically taking a look at the problems, they tell me the problem is with the network. I've had our IT guys come to the facility and have troubleshoot on their end but they continue to advise me to reach out to Good Guys for help. I have asked for their help several times and have even offered to pay for them to just take a look and guide me on the problem but I have either received really frustrated responses or no response

I was hesitant to use another tv mounting company from Yelp as I didn't have the best experience a little over a year ago, but reading these reviews, I went for it...and I needed two TVs mounted like the next day. I sent a message at 8:38 pm (they close at 9pm) and my message was answered within 20 minutes with prices. It was easy to schedule using the message system and I had someone come out the next day. Brian called when he was on his way with an ETA. He was friendly, thorough, and so efficient! He verified placement of the TVs and cords and they are hidden nicely and I'm super happy

Great job! Very professional. These guys charge a little bit more than a lot of places, but you get the best job and a job done right. The install was flawless and Brian walked me through ever detail including TV placement. I have an old stereo console that I retrofitted to stream music and play records. It has a lid that opens up from the top so, with me wanting my sound bar and tv above that presented a small challenge. Brian was able to make this happen and it all looks amazing. I just had two TVs and shelves installed and the guys were great. Both Brian and Gary were very professional, and asked for our input every step of the way to ensure that installation was just as we wanted it. They worked fast, and cleaned up everything when they were done and we can't wait to enjoy our TVs! The guys might be a little pricey, but quality costs more. Excellent job, the guys know their stuff. They were right on time for the appointment. I made an appointment on short notice. Wires are all hidden. I had them remove the tv from one location and install it at another place. Very happy with the job.

From the moment I called them for a consultation, I knew I'd be in good hands. Their customer service and professionalism is unmatched. Brian was on time and very friendly! Fast and very efficient! Ask questions about where I wanted the TV mounted on my wall! Really good job!! I highly recommend this place if you want ur tv professionally installed right! He was very fast and polite and nice! It all started with the phenomenal customer service on the phone. Seriously, Lina was the kindest person I've ever encountered in customer service...like ever. Fast forward to the appointment, Chris was so awesome with our install. He really worked diligently yet swiftly to ensure every wire was hidden and that his space was clean. My TV was hanging perfectly on my wall in 10 minutes (and he even cleaned it, so it looked brand new)

First off Lisa is amazing!!! Out of the three companies I called she was the most helpful and most excited about setting up my home theater system! She was so confident that when I saw the finished product I would be 100% satisfied. Lisa was in constant communication with me and any question I had, she had an answer right away!
Installation day I met Chris and (Bryan, if I got your name wrong I'm sorry dude lol). They both came in assessed the situation (walls, wiring, and equipment I had already). Chris is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing!.

Major case of Buyers Remorse with this company. I wish I had checked the Better Business Bureau and noticed their "F" rating and 3 complaints in the last 2 years before hiring them.

My gosh where to start...wish they had 10 stars I could give them because 5 is just not enough! Chris and Bryan we're professional, polite and kept me well informed of the entire process. Old building in Long Beach made it a bit difficult but Chris went above and beyond to give me what I requested. My husband found Good Guys on Yelp after going back and forth with himself about mounting our 55'' plasma on his own. He decided to take a chance since he didn't want to go cutting around in our walls and thought it would look better professionally done. This was such a good move!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is how I'd describe Good Guys. Lisa was super nice and friendly on the phone, and Chris helped mount my 55" plasma above the fireplace and was very helpful in offering suggestions and his thoughts to make sure we had a clean, attractive install. He and his partner ran into a few issues due to some weirdness in our house, but they worked through them and made it look great! The price was right and is definitely recommend these guys! I just had my a 60" TV mounted above the fireplace and full entertainment center moved into a closet. The guys that did the install were absolutely professional and fast. They showed up right on time, were very clean and careful with everything in the house. I'm super happy with the install and would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I called to inquire about the cost of having four cameras installed that I had purchased from Costco. Lisa gave me an estimate and explained a few other options. No pressure to buy their own cameras but let me know of some possible upgrades that were available.
The guys who came out were friendly and professional. They took the time it needed to complete job. They didn't rush through anything. They even pointed out a few things that previous, shotty handymen had done before!

I've been trying to get some assistance on a security camera install. I spoke with Lisa on the phone and she told me to take some pics of my current DVR and they will get back to me on how to get a solution to my issue. She sounded like she was gonna be real helpful and fix my problem. That was a week ago.

Having recently moved into a smaller space, I decided to mount my 42" flat screen to allow more floor space in my home. I read the reviews for Good Guy Installs and gave them a shot.
From the initial scheduling phone call to the installers driving away, my experience was FIVE STAR.
I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.
