Mr. Johnny IV Rhodes, Jr. is a Washington, D.C. native who founded Rhodes Construction in 2003. After purchasing and remodeling his first home, he realized there was a need for construction companies that could consistently provide high-quality work, environmentally conscious materials, and on-time delivery.
