I got my toilet water supply done by AJ Alberts. The service is very professional. We scheduled a window and I got a text before the technician headed my way. The technician, Zach Case, was very professional. He explained things very clearly, got the job done beautifully and also gave me some advice regarding home plumbing in general. The job was just done 12/22/2021. On the off chance it won't last long, I'll modify/delete this review.

I heard about A.J. Alberts Plumbing on Toto's website. Being handicapped, I needed a high quality toilet that had the features I needed and would accommodate a bidet at a latter date. Scott, their salesperson, was very helpful, and patient, helping meet my needs. I choose a Toto Carolina II. Considering the quality of this toilet, and work involved in installation, the price was very reasonable.
I was concerned about the installation and Albert's plumber "Bob" exceeded my expectations. Solid installation and cleanup.

We recently moved into a townhome with limited space for our washer, dryer, hot water tank, etc. LOVED working with Bob to get a water softener into our home. Took about two hours. Working with AJ Alberts was great - from coordinating and discussing options with Matt to installation with Zach and Matt, everything was seamless. We had a heat-pump water heater installed, which is a less common water heater, and Matt was knowledgeable and helpful in making that decision. You can't go wrong with AJ Alberts!

They were excellent! I would highly recommend. They were professional and took safety precautions during during this towards us during this Covid-19 pandemic. They came as scheduled and installed a new washlet and toilet within an hour. The pricing was fair, plumber was personable, knowledgeable and workmanship outstanding! Personable We will definitely go with them again for any future plumbing needs.

I destroyed our 20-year-old outside faucet in the backyard trying to do my own do it yourself repairs. I called AJ Alberts and they were able to set up an appointment date with me right away which was within three working days. Coltan from AJ Alberts came out, saw my issue a new immediately what to do. He had a plan of action and allowed me to walk with him while he affected repairs. As a bonus he also showed me where my outside faucet shut off valves were located within my house in a hidden area in my shop ceiling. We had a leak and our water heater quit working. We contacted AJ Alberts after 8 and someone was at our house by 9 that morning. They had it figured out and a new water heater decided on and ordered for the… same day. By 4pm the same day I already have a new water heater and my basement is immaculate after they left! Very impressed.

Yet again, A J Alberts plumbing and their awesome crew came to my rescue. I had leaking through my basement ceiling that I couldn't figure out. They came out same day, found the crack in the toilet plumbing, repaired and replaced everything before I got home from work that day. Very prompt, professional and friendly. We thought we were going to have to redo the floor tile, but Matt was able to search for us to find an alternative toilet that had the right measurements to cover the hole. This saved us a lot of money, and I appreciate his willingness to help us, and problem-solve!

I recently purchased my first home and the water heater was making a ticking sound and was not working (It was very old). I called A.J. Alberts plumbing and they sent someone out who was very helpful and did a great job installing a new water heater quickly. From the customer service to the product, it was 5 stars all around. They have since installed new toilets and sinks in my house and I will call them for all of my future plumbing needs!
