Terribly run company. They are rude, lazy and show up “when it’s convenient” for them. Their prices are incredibly high after shopping around.
A few of the plumbers that work for them are very educated but sadly he is retiring soon.
Shop around!!!! Unless you want your project to last minimum a years length.

I was originally quoted $15,000 to fix our pipe (which meant to jackhammer our basement floor) from another company. I was referred to Bruce Nelson Plumbing and couldn't believe how much thry saved me, along with great quality work and professionalism from everyone! Everyone of them I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very helpful! They went above and beyond then I could have ever imagined. Instead of using a jackhammer to tear my basement apart, they only had to do it in 2 areas, just enough to cap off the pipe on each end of the pipe that was rotten. They ran a new

Got two outdoor leaky faucets replaced. Previous faucets were welded onto copper pipe running to inside the house and didn't have tools to do it myself. I was able to book an appointment with Bruce Nelson Plumbing quite a bit sooner compared to other plumbers so that was a big plus. Onsite, plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Work done met my expectations. Overall, my experience with company was very positive and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a new boiler from Bruce Nelson Plumbing & Heating, as well as plumbing to replace all my old galvanized water pipes. I am 100% satisfied with BNP&H.
