Positive Perceptions uses a process known as HDR or High-Dynamic Range imaging to produce amazing photos that will give your listing a great first impression. This is accomplished by taking multiple photos of each image in different exposure settings. Using software, we can then take the best pixels from each composite photo and merge them together into one final tapestry that is remarkable.
When you list a property, getting professional photos should be as second nature as putting a for sale sign in the front yard and a lock box on the door. It's like advertising, it does not cost, it PAYS. Homeowner's want an agent who will go the extra mile to get their property sold, not one that takes the same photos they did with a cell phone or point-and-shoot camera when they had it listed FSBO.
