My name is Randy Sartin and I am a full time professional photographer based in Knoxville, TN. The majority of my work is in the Advertising, Architectural, and Industrial markets and I still continue to photograph quite a few sporting events and athletes.
From underground mining to architectural photography to aerial images I strive to communicate extremely well with my clients so I can deliver exactly what they desire, while also throwing in some creative options they may not have thought of.Whether it is a technically detailed architectural image, an amazing sports action image, a promotional video, or a portrait of a coal miner.

Architectural photography is easily one of the most challenging types of photography.
The technical aspects are interesting (how in the heck are we going to take care of that glare on the wall?) but even more challenging is all of the "behind the scenes" work that is involved.time of day, weather conditions, arrangement of furniture, scheduling, who owns that pink and purple car in front of the building, landscaping, people's position in the image, why are all those leaves in the parking lot, the list is never ending.

Long before I was a photographer, I was a pilot. As a matter of fact, I "soloed" on my 16th birthday, about 3 hours before I got my driver's license. RAW still images that are composed and exposed properly then professionally edited, ready for you to use. Aerial photography has been around a long time, but with the recent proliferation of drones it is a quickly changing industry.
Sports photography was my first love as a photographer and to this day I continue to photograph a lot of events for a large variety of clients, including USA Today, ESPN, the Tennessee Titans, the University of Tennessee, The Knoxville News Sentinel, Football & Basketball Time in Tennessee, CBS Maxpreps, and a large variety of Universities, Colleges, Conferences, and other publications.
