We service the New Orleans metro area and the Mississippi Gulf Coast with a fleet that consists of 24' box trucks with lift gates, cargo vans, as well as 28', 48', and 53' tractor trailers. We cover a wide area yet we are small enough to cater to your specific needs as priority. BFS has recently purchased Crown Freight Management Systems Version 5. My pick up was scheduled for between 8am to 12pm yesterday. I was told that my pick up was going to be the first pick up for their route. No one showed up during the pickup time. I called to find out that the driver decided to take a different route that they reschedule me to 3pm to 4 pm. Again, no one showed up. I called the company and I was told that the driver was not available to answer the call. Around 4:20pm, the driver called and rescheduled me for 8am pick up. It’s 9:40 am now and I am still waiting…….

Unfortunately, Bergeron Freight is a subcontractor for SEKO Logistics for appliance delivery so, although I did not hire them, I was forced to deal with Ray (or Tray) Bergeron. It was such an experience that I'm writing what I believe is my first Google review!
Called Ray (or Tray) Bergeron first thing in the morning to confirm a delivery scheduled the same day (they'd left an automated voicemail on a federal holiday, while their office was closed, and their answering service, which has no access to their schedule, advised that I call in the morning).

I purchased a Members Mark patio set while @ Sam's Club but unfortunately the store was out of stock and I had to order it and it was delivered by Bergeron Freight Services, Inc. I received a call the day before with a time frame, the driver called 30 minutes before, showed up within the time frame and put it in my garage where I instructed him to put it. No Problems here

I was at a wedding rehearsal a few nights ago and I met the owner of this company and I have to admit that I have rec'd a wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast, a table from Z Gallery, and a Gun Safe that I purchased on line and Bergeron delivered all 3 without any incidents. So I asked him why all the negative feedback on deliveries and he told me the whole story how Wayfair set him up to be a failure. Bergeron Freight Services is a great company thanks to their extremely friendly, respectful, and humorous team of employees. This is the third time they have delivered items I have ordered from Wayfair and I think the world of them. Most of the time reviews are left only when someone wants to complain. They have delivered big, heavy, quality furniture to me repeatedly without so much as a scuff on anything. They have delivered when they said they would and they call at least 30 minutes prior to delivery. :-)

After reading previous reviews from Wayfair buyers I was nervous, but really had no choice than to wait for Bergeron to schedule my delivery. There were a few hiccups in the scheduling (I live in a rural area so delivery dates were several days apart), but finalized my delivery last Thursday to be delivered the following Monday. I received a call from the driver at 9am to let me know my couches would be delivered between 11am and 3pm. I then received a call around 11:30am from the driver letting me know that he would arrive within 30 minutes. Both men were very nice, polite and helpful in placing

This is my first time ordering something quite large from Wayfair and Bergeron Frieght Services was responsible for the delivery. They came into my business and introduced themselves politely. They delivered it right on the scheduled delivery day and helped my dad move it safely behind our business’s gate. Even though they are 45 minutes late after 1:00pm, it’s okay! I have read their past reviews and hope to kick up their score a little :)

After reading the reviews I was extremely worried about my wayfair order arriving the day it was supposed to. After interacting with them today, I have to assume that the people who have had good experiences just havent left reviews. Not everything can go right all the time and there are bound to be bad experiences for some, but in my case everything went smoothly. Wayfair emailed me yesterday and said that my recliner was scheduled to be delivered today between 12 and 4 pm. The delivery option I selected did not require me to be home to sign for the drop off so I wasn't sure if they would call

So, on going problems with this company. Expected my scheduled delivery on the day Wayfarer promised. No show from Bergeron. Called them, but the girl at the CS desk didn't know what I was talking about. Couldn't even find my order in the warehouse manifest. I had to have my wife call w/the tracking info. She talked to a manager that was rude and hostile, but said they would "try to deliver tomorrow, if they had the space on their truck".
Just called them this morning to confirm delivery and was put on the phone with the same manager. Her first question was "Are you gonna curse me out again?"
