We love Prime AC. We called them out when our air conditioner died in 2018 and they have won our business for as long as they're in business. They are trustworthy and respectful of your time. We felt like we had a lot of options in what unit we went with and we didn't feel pressured in to any particular one. We went with the one that would keep us the most comfortable and it has! Any time we've called them out it's less than 24 hours from call to arrival at our house.

George was the techs name and he was great. Had the problem fixed quickly. I guess the only thing I would question is the cost. George replaced the fan control board and the total cost was $675 which seemed high. I’m guessing the board was around $200 which means the labor was $475. If I could see a breakdown of the charges I might feel differently. Overall I was very pleased with Prime AC. George was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous during the entire visit.

Great small business. Jorge has always been punctual and fast. They installed my AC next day. And both of my units needed servicing within a year. Both times, he came out within a couple hours of calling. Really glad to have cold air! Thanks guys!

We could not be more pleased with the work Jorge and his team did for us. We had a system that needed to be replaced. Jorge came out to assess the situation within 12 hours of our call and after discussing all the options, the decision to replace was made and the work was done the next day. They are professional, honest and I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Best AC company I've ever encountered!
Please read whole feedback:
I had a well known competing company, will not mention name, come out and take care of us on Saturday while we were out of town and our AC went out completely Saturday.
My debt card was charged $626 and no answers or calls back on what was wrong or what they had fixed or we needed to watch out for.
My husband And I were complaining to a good friend about how we felt ripped off by this competitor, and they recommended giving PRIME AC and HEAT a call, and I couldn't be happier I did!
