I have dealt with the Frankfort office 2 different times so far. 1 about 2&1/2 years ago Completely satisfied with the quality, & Professionalism Of their process, Just had it redone. Again turned out excellent, have nothing bad to say about them at all. excellent price for the quality of work which is top notch!!

After years of experimenting with many different companies, this outfit shows consistent quality and end results. They put a lot of effort into preparation: removing weeds, weed-wacking, and blowing off debris. Though slightly more money - they can upgrade to a better industrial asphalt emulsion-- Highly recommended. I will consider them again!

We had our parking lots sealcoated at our condo buildings by Black Magic Sealcoating, they did a wonderful job. They were super easy to work with, we unfortunately had to reschedule a few times due to bad weather and they were great in being open to work with us and made sure the job was done right and on time.
