When we opened our doors in 1976, we wanted to bring the best available sportswear and footwear to the residents and visitors of Upper Cape Cod. Great little shop offering some okay deals. The whole issue with the place is the staff. A bunch of younger Russian people work there and they behave totally inappropriately. Joking around near the register with gender and racial tones. Horseplay and all 3 were at the register and not attending to customers. Only time they moved was to lock the door. I have no issies with race so please do not think that but when they start with Hail Commandant and the Russian army well someone needs to speak up. Absolutely terrible experience.

These guys are the best. I have been wanting a Helly Hanson for years but couldn't find the styles I liked anywhere. My wife finally found one at Cape Tip. The first one was too small so they swapped it out, no problems. Then made a trip to Ptown for the New Year's festivities and, wearing my new Helly, went into the store and saw another style I liked better, better fit. They exchanged, no questions asked. Like I said, these guys are the best. Great selection and service.
