HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our new RV had an issue with the battery where the batteries were not secured to the tray that held them and kept sliding out, hitting the breaker switch, which caused the reverse camera to turn off when the RV was in motion, and we lost power to the house section of the RV. Our RV came with a microwave that wasn't secure with screws or a solid base to keep it from sliding out. We ran into an emergency where the microwave fully slid out of its place while on the move. I reached out to Sam, and he was at the location in 30 mins. He fixed both the battery and microwave issues, so
