My mission is to capture the authentic connection between you and your little ones while offering a low stress portrait experience.
I have had the pleasure of working with Tessa several times, most recently to capture our younger daughter's newborn photos. Fourteen years ago I laid eyes on my firstborn son. He was merely a few seconds old and at that moment my whole world changed. Those first few days were full of wonder, exhaustion, and thankfulness. No matter how hard I tried to hold onto those precious first days, my sweet baby would not stay that little forever.
There's really nothing like the newborn stage. Those first few weeks seem to fly by, and as a mom of three little ones myself, I've been in your shoes. Right in the middle of sleepless nights, hormonal lows and highs and with your entire life changed, taking a moment to pause and document this brand new little one while they are teeny tiny is something you'll always cherish.
These portraits are true works of art that capture the innocence of childhood. My unique approach offers consistent, bright and crisp black and white portraits of your child, while providing an easy, enjoyable experience with an easy and flexible pricing structure. My goal is to create a stunning portrait of your little one where their personality shines through and will be treasured for generations to come.
Don't you wish you could freeze time? One minute, you're snuggling with your newborn wrapped in a hospital blanket and the next, you're watching as they take their first steps, marching into toddlerhood before we've managed to catch our breath and soak it all in. Milestone and child sessions are among my very favorite to photograph, as it allows us to freeze these moments in time and press the pause button.
Families grow and change in the blink of an eye. In the early years, it is that "blink and it's gone" kind of change that happens so quickly. Capturing family portraits is such a wonderful way to not only remember your children's growth, their ages and stages, but also the relationships between all of the members of your family.

We had an EXCELLENT experience working with Tessa for our baby girl's milestone shoot. She was so welcoming and put baby girl to ease. She also was careful to have everything cleaned and sanitized in advance of our shoot, so we felt very comfortable. We will be using Tessa for every shoot moving forward!

Tessa took my baby's 1 year old pics and went above ane beyond, not only did she provide the prettiest cake for the pics but also created the best environment /set up for the pictures it was inviting and cozy, she took her time but also got the best shots for my very mobile 1 year old... If she needed something to hold, place, distract she had it.. The pictures were more then I expected. I will be using her again..

We used Tessa for our wedding photography back in June or 2014 and we chose her again for our newborn shoot in November of 2018. Tessa feels more like a friend than just your photographer and really takes the time to understand what you want. Her aesthetic is amazing and she really hones in on the simple beauty of who she’s trying to capture versus a bunch of frills that I think are such a distraction. We scheduled our fall family pictures last year with Tessa and were blown away with her service. She handled everything including location planning and guiding my wife on coordinating family outfits.We showed up with our normal family chaos and Tessa kept the session calm and my kids actually had fun! It shows in the pictures and we will always cherish them. We ordered custom frames/prints and she arrived at our door with all the equipment and accessories needed to hang and install our new portraits. We could not be happier with her work.

Tessa has taken our family portraits for several years and somehow gets better and better!!! With our feisty 2 and 3 year olds getting to both cooperate at the same time can be a challenge to say the least. Not only does Tessa manage to capture precious perfect pictures of them but she engages with them and the LOVE her!!! The memories she has captured of our family over the years are priceless to us!! Worth every penny!!

Tessa did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. Both were stunning! She is highly professional and knows exactly how to run things day-of to make sure no details are missed on your big day. I felt like I hardly had to think about photos and simply got to enjoy the wedding day while Tessa captured it. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
