Update: still have not received package.
currently still waiting on package that they supposedly shipped on june 11 and its the end of July and still have not received it. I keep going to the office they say oh its in Europe. Come back next week. Then they say its in customs. Then i come back again and they say "customs" has not released it. These people do not know what they are doing. They keep lying about everything. Shipping should not take more than 2 weeks and now it been almost two months. I would not recommend this place for shipping AT ALL. No one picks up the calls. They lie. This place

Adelove is scam. The workers are all liars. I paid for an air freight from Nigeria to the US on June 2, 2021. I paid half a million naira for the cargo. Till today, Aug. 12, I have not received my goods. They continued to lie about my goods. Right now, nobody answers calls. Please, don’t waste your money on Adelove shipping.

Sent some stuffs including clothe materials and some perishable food items from their Ibadan office since July 13th and I was told it will take just 3 weeks to get to their office in Indiana. As of August 25th that I am giving this review, I am yet to receive my parcel. I call their phone number almost everyday but no on picks the call. I try to send them an email but it bounced back. Their website is no longer opening. My sister went to their office in Ibadan but she was told that they have already sent it and if I haven't received it then it means the parcel is lost in transit, and their is nothing

This company should be closed down for good, I wish I had read reviews before doing business with them had goods sent from Nigeria since June 19 2021 , I haven’t gotten it in the US till now , so bad none of the staffs can tell you where your goods are , very unprofessional, no one picks the calls so you keep wasting time going to their office , please and please anyone willing to do business with this fraudulent company is at your own RISK … The company is a FRAUD and should be reported to the relevant authorities in the US and Nigeria . Adelove shipping has an integrity problem and should not be recommended to a friend. I gave them 3 good cars to ship to Nigeria in January this year and as at date i have not received my cars, which i intended to use during my stay in the country. The freight paid before pick up but sadly these cars arrived lagos 2 months ago and Adelove has not paid freight to the shipping company Grimaldi, thereby denying me access to my cars,. I made several calls and text messages to his phones but no response, verbal or written. So if you don't want to have heart attack better look elsewhere.

1 Star for ADELOVE Shipping is too much. I sent a parcel Air Cargo from Indianapolis and it took over 2 months to arrive in Abuja. In the whole process there is noone to speak with, no communication on your parcel, nothing.
When my package finally arrived, I was told shipping from Indiana takes more time and to send to Houston where I was guaranteed a 10day delivery from Air Freight, behold a month later the package is still not delivered, they won't pick up the phone or return messages or emails. I would absolutely stay away from ADELOVE.
Talk less of my sea cargo which has been over 6 months

Terrible company to do business with. My package was sent on June 11th, no information till date on whereabout of my package. It's so sad. I am sending a complaint to Consumer Protection Agency, maybe they can help stop companies like this who scam innocent customers. The company deserve to be shut down for good with all the negative reviews online. Please, how do we make the negative reviews of Adelove shipping go viral? Nigerians/customers deserve better.....

We should be allowed to rate below 1 star. This company is probably a scam. Their customer service is shocking! They do not return calls or respond to messages. I was told it would take 2 weeks to have my package delivered, it is going to 2 months and I still do not have an update. Serious legal actions need to be initiated. You have no right to mess with people like this. Most of the items would have spoilt by now because they were perishable. It is pure wickedness and evil. I regret not doing further research before engaging them.

If i could give them a zero star review, i would! This company is the most unreliable, unprofessional business out! Our shipment should've arrived back in the beginning of May. It still hasn't arrived!!! Their communication is terrible and they will leave you high and dry wondering where your stuff is and if it'll even get to you. They do not communicate any shipping delays and also does nothing to ensure a positive experience or even establishes any understanding of any delays. We will not be patronizing them ever again and we'd advise you to do the same. Just pay the DHL fees

This business don't deserve any stars! A friend of mine had recommended them to me as an alternative to Prinaj Freight services in Chicago. So I decided to try them out. My friend and I took our packages to them. My friend had business packages and I had personal packages containing medicines and pills for my sick mom. Package was taken to their office on 24th March 2021. Today as I'm typing this review being exactly one month, there's never been any concrete explanation were our packages are. When it was actually shipped if it has been shipped. And when it is actually arriving.

The first time I used this shipping service, it was good. Though there were delays but I was patient. The second time, the delay was double. It took them more than 6 weeks to get my things to me and the completely messed up my package. Customer service was 0% as they stopped responding after I aired my grievances.

This is an honest and hardworking business. Unfortunately, the registered users will take advantage of this business to scam others. Before sending goods of any sort, please double check that the other person recommending this business is not a scammer. Wait a few days to make sure funds post correctly if you're paid. If you end up being scammed, call this business' WhatsApp right away!!! They can help you confiscate your goods back especially if being shipped to Nigeria. Not all hope is lost. I almost lost $13,500 worth of Apple goods and services but thanks to the business owner, David
