The name is inspired by Schultz's love for French Pastry, her grandparents love for baking and their homegrown fig trees. Fig Tree specializes in macarons, custom cakes, vegan, gluten free and keto but also has ties in Schultz's Sicilian roots. After amassing a steady and loyal customer base, Schultz sought out a starter-space to expand her reach and widen her ties to the Buffalo community.
Schultz graduated from Niagara Falls Culinary Institute in 2017 and has a history of working with small locally and women owned businesses. Services
We offer a variety of flavors and one new flavor every single month! We can create custom colors and flavors for any event. Our macarons are filled with traditional buttercream and/or ganache, however, we also offer other unique fillings. All of our macarons are gluten free and can also be made dairy free as well.
At Fig Tree Patisserie, we pride ourselves on giving you the most perfect customized cake for any event! All of our cakes are carefully crafted, and we can assure you that your cake will be 100% unique. We also make a promise to our customers that all of our cakes will taste just as amazing as they look!
Answer: We have an arrangement of pastries every day in the cases, including french pastry, vegan, vegan gluten free, gluten free and keto items. Answer: While we specialize in being allergy friendly, we are not completely free of nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, eggs or gluten items because they are made in the same facility.
You can cancel a cake 7 days prior with a full refund, 5 days prior with a 50% refund and 3 or less days prior with a 25% refund. Once the cake leaves the bakery we are not responsible for any breakage, or damage to the cake. No exceptions. If you keep your cake cold, and level, the cake will not fall apart, all of our cakes have dowels so they are MORE than stable.

Natalie at Fig Tree Patisserie did our dessert table for our 10/9/21 wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL! The cake was delicious and we were told that the desserts (macaroons, mini oatmeal cream pies, donuts, and cinnamon buns) were too! Our guests loved them so much there were zero left on the table! I absolutely love this bakery!! Being vegan and gluten free it is so hard to find baked goods that taste good. These exceed any of my standards and the staff is so unbelievably nice. The cinnamon rolls are so good that I ate one in my car and had to go back in for another one, everything in there is such good quality. 10/10 recommend for any event or even just wanted a good baked good

Edit: I was going to change my rating due to the owner giving a refund, which while appreciated, was not the point of my review. It seems very suspicious that like 5 or 6 5-star reviews have popped within mins to a few hours after my review. Most small businesses would be incredibly lucky to get a couple reviews same day. And a few reviews where this is their only rating? My review had legitimate concerns that should be seen by others and it appears that they are manipulating the review system to make up for my 1 star review. Further disappointment.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Fig Tree Patisserie. The ordering process was super convenient (DM on Instagram) and the owner was quick to respond! I love the addition of the cake topper (which i didn’t even ask for and it’s the perfect touch!). The staff is super friendly! Jessica was kind and offered to help me carry my items to the car. I’m grateful for their attention to detail to make the perfect cake/cake pops for my daughters 5th birthday. We will be back! Can’t forget to mention that everything was delicious too!

Ordered a cake from here for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and all I can say is WOW! It tasted as good as it looked. Have also gotten other treats from this place such as the macarons and their ice cream sandwiches, both which have been amazing. Highly recommend this place for anybody looking for anything from custom cakes to casual treats! Keep up the good work.

We have been getting cakes from Natalie for a few years now, even before this shop was opened. Happy to see her have her own place now. The macarons are amazing, my 3 yr old daughter loves all the treats we get here! One time there was miscommunication with a cake order and when we went to pick it up they thought we had ordered for a different day. Even with the miss-communication I was still able to get my specialty order cake by the time I needed. Very accommodating and nice.
