Had a great experience with Abbi. Hopefully I spelled his name correctly. He was very helpful and kind and, got us to the train station way before schedule. Overall I like Americab because I can prepay before hand and not have to worry about anymore. The customer service is great. Very efficient. I will definitely use this service in the future. Use Americab from Citrus Heights to the airport almost every week. Usually a 4:30am pickup and they've never once been late in the months that I've been doing this. I make an online reservation the day before, they confirm within a couple of hours, and driver is always 5-10 mins early the next morning. It's perfect.

We love Americab. Matt is very reliable. We used him both ways to the airport. Reserving a cab is very easy and the prices are reasonable if you have 2 or more people compared to other cabs and shuttles. With the airport shuttle service you have to ride with other people and be picked up according to their schedule.This is the best way to go door-to-door.

Would not recommend them. Be careful.
I live in Bay Area. Needed a ride from Sac airport to my car parked at friends home in Sacramento:
1. Quoted me $35 on the phone. While in Cab going from Airport to car, driver said he was $45. Ultimately he did charge $35.
2. After a long day of travel, I forgot my suitcase in the trunk. Driver never reminded me either. I didn't realize i forgot suitcase until i got home (Bay Area). Long story short; the driver (Dino) made it difficult to impossible for me to get my suitcase back in any sort of short period of time. He became defensive and angry at
