Our 24/ 7 dispatch service is always available for your questions & concerns & rate quotes. Our friendly staff will assist you at any time and dispatch your cab promptly - and call you when your cab arrives.

Used to be great was a disappointment being told driver was coming and no one showed up then wouldn't answer my calls from my number,,and last time I did get a ride was very uncomfortable feeling the vibes of the middle eastern man mannerism and prejudice toward myself and service animal. I stopped using them for rides the service was very horrible and run unprofessional . You decide for yourself. I reccomend VIA TRANSPORTATION for west sac only.

Took my last co-op ride today, after nearly twenty years as a customer. Tried to schedule a pick-up for a set time so I could drop my car off for repairs and get back to work quickly and was told to call when I want them and they'll be there within ten minutes. When I called, they sent a text to a cabbie who was in the middle of a grocery store run with a group of senior citizens. Forty minutes later I got my ride, and an earful about how I should blame Lyft, Uber and the City Council.
