My role as your coach is to help you find traction in that area of life that has you stuck and spinning by pushing you forward to reach a goal, make a positive lifestyle change or guide you to understand your 'why'. As your Coach, I will learn to understand you, how you think, and understand your perspective by providing an unbiased and non-judgemental ear.
Build a stronger team that communicates better through appreciating and understanding the other styles. I will provide effective team communication and structure that is important for forging relationships and equipping your team with the proper attitudes to develop leaders within.
We will work through goal setting and communication exercises that bring cohesiveness to your group, ultimately increasing productivity due to the positive influences each member will have on the group as a whole.I will incorporate your organization's meeting theme, mission statement or build on your existing training schedule to best fit the needs of your group.

We have had the pleasure of working with Tim Gaynor of Coach.Develop.Inspire over the years in creating development opportunities for young professionals.
