The team at PST was exceptional. They were professional, responsive and objective. They worked with me to do structural inspection of my home and dispute a claim by a less reputable engineer. Personally, I don't seem to make good decisions unless I have some experience that has taught me the hard way that I should have looked further into what I was getting into. With that knowledge I can honestly say that PST Engineering has been one of the best decision I have ever made.
Instead of assuming that the property you are purchasing looks good so it must be good. I decided to play it safe and actually know for a fact and have some peace of mind forever going forward.
