Professional, polite and very informative staff. First time secession today and it was not that scary. Alma was very comforting and supportive. Definitely coming back for more secession. To anyone, if you are afraid don’t me! Literally took about 15 min for my Brazilian and underarm secession. No pain afterwards, literally you can go on your lunch break and head back to work.
