The doctor was very cold and short with her responses. My visit felt rushed. Dr. Imtiaz did not really speak unless I asked her a question that she hardly responded to, mostly with her eyes, which I felt was rude. She didn’t want to give advice, she just sort of shrugged her shoulders. The whole experience was very, very awkward. I have never experienced an OBGYN like this before. Needless to say, I would never go back. I’d rather drive into Houston medical center if that’ll get me the quality service that patients deserve.

Disappointed.
I had an appointment and had to sign in electronically,. I got to the consent form. I was ok with the form except for the line that said I consent for any of my samples, tissue, blood, etc to be used for research and educational purposes. I explained to the staff that I did not consent to research or educational uses of any samples, blood, etc. The staff told me that if I don't consent to that then they would refuse to see me and cancel my appointment. I don't want to be forces to consent for any samples, blood, etc to be used for research or educational purposes

RUN. DON'T GO HERE. Bad Doctor and bad staff. Doctor is pushing expensive treatments and does not listen. Has no empathy for pain and does not answer questions. Offers conflicting advice. Staff does not call back and avoids talking to you. Had a cancer scare and could not reach doctor or staff. Was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a return call.
My return call happened when staff used a calling service that routed around my ability to answer my phone. When I called right back they would not answer. When I saw doctor she was condescending and her only response to my pain during a biopsy was "I should

Appointments are on-time, Dr. takes time to explain future plans for treatment and the implant is almost a painless procedure. Love the vitamins & pre/probiotics sold here, too, just wish they were a bit less expensive. The only down side is the $1000+ bill I received for bloodwork when I was advised my insurance was accepted. I'm fighting the lab, as I've provided my insurance information directly to Bio Reference and they still are sending me nasty past-due notices.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I'm seeing a lot of first experience reviews, and at first I too thought the doctor was great. Until I had a procedure done, awake and was very nervous. Horrible bed side manner, snapped at me rudely that I needed to be still and had no compassion for any pain or fear I was experiencing. The staff was great but I paid out of pocket due to no insurance. I always told them upfront I needed to know all cost. They were good about that till my last time there. I paid for my services as usual and they did NOT mention at all I would be billed separately by the lab, I

I’ve moved all around Texas and have lost count at how many new Gyno’s I’ve seen in my life. Of all 15+ of them, Dr. Imtiaz is truly in a league of her own.
I made my first appointment for birth control replacements back in 2018. I was a new patient recently moved to Houston so it was just a shot in the dark with this office. The staff was incredibly friendly, but Dr. Imtiaz really set the standard for me. During the decision making process she advised what I was asking for was not her recommendation, however, she encouraged me that she would do whatever I felt the most comfortable with

Seen her twice. Both times she was super rude, and talked down to me. She made me feel super uncomfortable like she was ready to be done with me. I tried to express the pain I felt but she just treated me like cattle. Telling me I obviously don't want her help, and ordered a million tests for me. That was all in about 5 minutes.
Receptionist obviously hates her job.
The rest of the staff was nice, and patient.

Yesterday was my first visit to this clinic. I basically fell in love with the staff. The receptionist, the medical assistants, the doctor and the lab technician were all super sweet and friendly. The doctor had great bedside manners. Now, I understand why there's a wait to get an appointment. It's definitely worth the wait. As long as I have insurance they accept, I will continue to come to this clinic.

Please read. First time I saw her for heavy periods, she somehow talked me to get bio t pellets when I complained about weight gain, stress and fatigue. She told me I have hormone imbalance. She said it's going to help me with all that. I felt so excited and happy that I have found someone who is going to help me. After 6 weeks on my follow up, I told her I have not felt any different and actually gained weight. She was so nonchalant and uncaring. She told me it doesnt work for every body. I have spent over 750 for all the test she recommended and pellets and supplements. None of which is

I was quite impressed with my first visit here. The paperwork process went smooth for a first time patient. I only had to wait about 20 minutes to get called back (Which in all honesty is not bad at all) The entire staff was very friendly. Once I got called back I was immediately seen. Dr Imtiaz had the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend her to others.

Please don't use this Dr. She makes her money anyway she can. By doing testing she can get the Insurance companys to pay. Went to have a meeting and see if she was a good fit for me. The short answer is no. She says she can do thyroid. She can not. Only if it is already stable can she watch it for you. She only runs the test and sends you out if they are off.(Paid Again) So on top of that she has all her patients drug tested it's a $2,000.00 dollar drug test. Wake up people don't let her get away with that. My insurance is high enough already.

Do not go to Dr. Imtiaz, I repeat, do not go to Dr. Imtiaz, unless you want to be shut down every time you speak. Although I saw the negative reviews, I decided to give her a chance.
My first visit with Dr. Imtiaz went okay, but I noticed she was a bit rude and did not let me speak fully without cutting me off. I noticed this repeatedly at every follow up I went to. She spends maybe 5 minutes with you and does not seem to care about how your actually doing or feeling. Not only is the doctor rude, the staff is also rude and unorganized. Dr. Imtiaz seems to have some arrogance or something about

After reading older reviews, I all most didn't give Dr Imtiaz and staff a try. But I'm glad I did, they were great. First Visit was a consultation for the pellet. Dr. Imtiaz was very informative as well as staff. I did blood work and returned for pellet. The nurse explained everything that was going to take place. The Dr came In and reiterated what was happening, the procedure was really quick and painless.
I so glad I always judge people for my self, very friendly and kind!

I am blessed to have Dr. Imtiaz as my physician. After relocating back to Houston I needed a physician that had experience with post-menopausal women. My husband and I looked on the internet at options but kept coming back to Dr. Imtiaz.
My first visit went very smooth. The doctor and staff were very professional and caring. I needed to continue my treatment of bioidentical hormone and asked Dr. Imtiaz about her treatment plan.
I had an in-office procedure done that was very successful so on my way out I made my next appointment the following week for my annual well woman exam.

Horrible customer service and even worse office staff. For 2 years now I have had nothing but problems with them not sending my lab samples to the correct labs and not providing correct insurance information to the labs both resulting in me being billed for the services that should have been covered by my insurance. The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because Dr Imtiaz is actually a good Dr who seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately, she needs to replace most of her office staff if she intends on retaining her patients. AVOID THIS PRACTICE until you start seeing decent reviews.

Located at the corner of two streets, this office was not hard to find. Her office is called "North Cypress Women's Center". For my first visit, I actually walked into the other physician's office attached to the same building. Be careful about that.
For first time patients, you must fill out forms and sign papers. The standard, then go through weight and height like other offices before in a room.
The wait time from appointment time to being in a room is usually about 30 minutes. Then, an additional 10-15 minutes before the physician comes into your room.

I saw terrible reviews but I have always been a very friendly, positive person and figured it would work out regardless. I scheduled my appointment and went in assuming it couldn't go too poorly to just have a simple exam. Boy was I wrong - it was TERRIBLE!!!
I had my annual exam scheduled and I found out that I was likely a few days short of having it be a fully 365 days since my last one, so my insurance might not cover it (my fault). I wanted to get the most out of my time there regardless and did have a somewhat serious female medical concern.

I called regarding for my boss of course I know I can't get information and instead of asking on who's behalf are you calling for she came out all ghetto asking who's this very rude with an attitude. So i gave her an attitude right back and when i asked for her name she said I am not giving you my name. I asked to speak to someone over her and she wouldn't let me. The only reason I came here was because the MD is listed in my insurance network. I never got to see the MD, but got seen and diagnosed by the nurse practitioner. I was treated decently by the staff, including the NP, but the overall professionalism of this place needs some tending to. The receptionists made phone calls to patients in front of me, telling them about medical issues and quoting them on their plastic surgery procedures. What the heck? As a patient, I would never want a doctor's office calling me in front of other patients to discuss such issues. Additionally, I was seen one time
