Dow Asphalt Company provides all phases of asphalt parking lot construction and maintenance. Spanning over four decades in the industry, there are very few job types that we have not encountered. Whether installing, expanding, resurfacing, or a simple maintenance repair to your parking lot, it is a costly decision and a large step to take.
We recognize that a driveway is one of the first things someone notices when looking at a home. A new asphalt driveway can greatly increase the visual beauty as well as the value of the home if installed correctly. Typically, options consist of the existing driveway being excavated and removed. Followed by addressing drainage through adding stone, grading and compacting it.

Steve showed up when promised for estimate and provided a very competitive price for a fairly large driveway. Although it is late in the season, work was scheduled the next week. Steve and his crew of 4-5 workers showed up when promised and worked a full day for the rip out cleaning up nicely afterwards. They laid down the gravel next and let it set about a week. Again they returned punctually as promised and laid down the new asphalt in a couple of hours. They paid a lot of attention to detail and final result. Would highly recommend.

These guys were the real deal! My wife and I had been eager to re asphalt the driveway for a couple of years and received 5 quotes in that time and they were one of the higher quotes we knew Steve was the guy we wanted. The other estimates stated the basics with a “ this is what we’re doing take it or leave it” attitude. Whereas Steve broke down step by step and how each one played a part in the whole job educating us rather than keeping us in the dark which was the difference maker. Stay away from these guys, worst experience with bad people who show a pretty salesman face upfront, they just put a driveway for me, did not level the base, did not have enough asphalt, for a hefty sum of money the outcome is an unleveled driveway, more of a water pool, the pics
