We just got home from our wonderful trip to Disney, only made possible with all of the help from Jessica. She walked us through every detail I had no idea mattered but when we were there it all fell in to place perfectly. And it didn't just stop once the trip was planned. My family and I just got back from a Disney trip that Kristen helped us plan! She made the process simple and even put together a huge packet of daily activities and zoomed with us before the trip to make sure we were prepared! We would definitely recommend Firefly and use them again.

Kristen made our surprise Christmas trip to Disney truly magical. She was able to listen to everything we wanted to experience and help us plan an unforgettable vacation. She is an expert and kept up to date with the frequent changes that would effect our trip- dining options reopening, holiday offerings, genie+ and Lightning Lane implementation, and masking requirements- she had it all covered and communicated everything with clear and helpful emails. Waking up to notifications that she was able to secure hard to get dining reservations at Topolino’s and Cinderella’s Royal Table or upgrading

What a great experience having Firefly Travels book our Orlando trip for us. We called her and told her we wanted to surprise our son for his 13th bday with a trip , including family friends of ours. We told her we didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do so She asked us some questions about what we like to do and what we imagined an ideal get away to look like. Right away she knew what parks would be perfect and they were. We know very little about Orlando and the parks so it was overwhelming to think of doing it on our own. She was available for months to answer all our questions and to update

This is the second Disney trip I have booked with Kristen and let me say, she is amazing! She goes above an beyond to make my trips one to remember. She takes the time to talk to you and get an idea of what you are looking for. She stays so up-to-date, making sure you get the best deals and important information. If she finds a better deal or there is an important update regarding your visit, she alerts you immediately. For Disney, she always gets up at the crack of dawn to make my dining reservations, park reservations, and fast passes (when applicable). I am never stressed because I know my trip

Late April I took my son to Disney to celebrate his 13th birthday! First we had an incredible time and second made lifetime memories and I believe mostly due to Kristen’s/Firefly Travels expertise and passion!! Excellent Disney family vacation thanks to our personal travel agent! Joe Tennyson was amazing from all of our pre-planning to the final day of our stay. His knowledge of all 4 Disney theme parks, attractions, resorts (we stayed at Disney's Yacht Club which was outstanding), restaurants and making reservations as well as his assistance with booking once in a lifetime magical experiences was phenomenal!

Kristen was a wonderful!! She was super patient with all my questions and last minute changes, even made a park change for us while we were on our trip, forever grateful!! Kristen is AMAZING and a total lifesaver!!! Kristen knows anything and everything about Disney Universal and more. It was just an easy and relaxing experience to call,email and book everything quickly and efficiently.
