Former Deputy District Attorney Randolph J. Brandelli earned his Juris Doctor from the Pacific West College of Law. After successfully completing the bar exam, Mr. Brandelli joined the Lassen County District Attorney's Office. This experience gave Mr. Brandelli a wealth of trial experience. Mr. Brandelli believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.

Mr Brandelli is cool and collected, he will make you feel reassured when you talk to him. That is where his good qualities end. I hired him to help me in a divorce case involving a self-employed ex. He conducted some discoveries and went to court with a summary of what he found. Little did I know the court can just take the IRS documents and presume them to be true, so they went with it and they calculated support with significantly less than what my ex makes. Mr. Brandelli is really an awesome attorney. I was very nervous when trying to pick the right attorney. I'm glad I went with him. He is very professional, always know what he's doing. Very honest from the beginning. I was having so much trouble with my case in the beginning and he turned that around. So thankful I hired him for my case. 10 out of 5 starts. Randy was very honest and upfront about my daughters' case. He was quick to respond to all my text messages and I always had direct communication with him unlike other places where you speak to legal assistants. Randy was able to establish a good case for my daughter and the other side had no choice but to agree to our terms.
He also gave me advice on a separate case and why it didn't have merit for now. He could've taken my money and make false promises as others would have, but he didn't. Thank you Randy

I do apoligize for Any negative energy I gave through a post in the past but it was through a time of having a case on the border you feel hopeless an sometimes even anxious not knowing how things would turn out.
