The whole experience was great. I had spoken to two other companies before I found NXT level. Jerry and Jeremiah are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and more importantly they do an impeccable job. The presales process was very smooth (and pressure free!), they did a thorough visit and came back with suggested equipment and pricing. We set a date and the job was completed in one day; alarm, cameras, sound system, sprinklers, TV, locks, lights all managed by itself or through my phone now, even when I'm out of the country!

I really appreciated the service I received from NXT Level Smart Home. During the consultation the technician took the time to walk through and explain all possible options that would be safe and cost efficient to uniquely fit my home. The day of install he was on time and very professional with presentation and clean up. I definitely appreciated the time he took to educate me on my products and features once the install was complete. I highly recommend and will be contacting NXT Level for future services.

NXT Level Smart did an amazing job installing my 65 inch The Frame TV. I called Jerry on Monday and set an appointment for Tuesday morning. He arrived for our appointment on time and explained in very thorough detail the best solution to approach the installation. My TV was up and running that same after noon. NXT Level was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with having my TV mounted. The technician was at my place on time and ready to get to work. I’d never had a TV mounted before and I have to say this service is worth the price if you’re on the fence. Having this done made my room look bigger and more “chic”. I have to mention as well that I was impressed at how *knowledgeable* the technician was. It seems like he’s had a lot of experience with a variety of different types of technology and installation methods. Hope this review helps you make an informed decision! :)
