I'm celebrating the one-year anniversary of my full house Sonos system installed by Digital Delight. It has been the best investment in home entertainment I've ever made. The Sonos speakers are terrific and the DD team set things up perfectly in three rooms. It plays 24 hours a day in our house. Bravo!

After my homebuilder tried to sell me on a Control4 system, I did some research and realized it was really not the right system for me. I want technology to be invisible, simple, easy to change, and all easy to control and automate on my phone, and I didn’t see the benefit in a Control4 system now that DIY is sophisticated, abundantly available, and easily customizable. We hired Digital Delight a little over 6 months ago to fix a major problem with an elaborate system that was installed only one year prior by 'others'. Don't I wish that we had discovered DD and JJ Canon prior to that original installation!

After months of struggling with dropped/slow WIFI and weekly visits from AT&T to diagnose we contacted Digital Delight. JJ visited our home, made some recommendations and provided a detailed quote. His team were very professional and provide great after service. Our WIFI is now fast and reliable.
We also had his team install Ring alarm system and cameras to replace our old ADT system and it's working great, they really take the time to understand your needs and work within a budget.

Scheduling was a breeze. The crew showed up 10 minutes early and were all business. I usually install myself, but this TV was a bit larger than I can do solo; with that in mind, I don't think I will ever install a TV and equipment without Digital Delight. It was the cleanest install I have been a part of. The crew stayed and made sure all the remotes works properly and with the TV settings. Highly recommended.

JJ and his team are excellent communicators, trustworthy, and extremely professional. They hung one TV inside, one outside (which involved a new electrical outlet being run), installed two soundbars, a subwoofer...everything looks and sounds perfect. They even installed a digital doorbell for me (that also had no power source and involved running a line from my attic). Their visit reminded me of the typical Gallery Furniture experience where they literally don't leave until they are convinced you are completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

By far the most professional and efficient group of people I've ever met. From the initial email setting up an appointment for the on site consult to the multiple set up dates to fit with my schedule, they were on time and thorough. I had ring security cameras installed and smart home devices set up. Definitely recommend them!!

I have been using Digital Delight for my home A/V and Computer connectivity needs since 2009. I was referred to them by a friend and have since referred many friends to them as well.

Wow, I finally found a company that not only knows automation but is willing to explain the workings to the client. Everyone else I had in to look at our system made it sound like rocket science and treated me as though there was no way I would understand. JJ is very patient and helpful in explaing the Nuvo and RTI programming. I like having a basic understanding of what I paid for.

This review is long over due. Digital Delight mounted a flat screen in our living room, installed two other TV's, sold us/installed in-ceiling speakers throught our house (and outside in our patio) and sold us/installed a blue ray, receiver - all compatible with 2 RTI remotes. The initial customer service is fantastic - courteous, knowledgable, on time, and very nice techs. No problem at all with that...
The main problems are with Quality and Attention to Detail. When we spend over 10K on top of the line products and service, we expect both. Here is what we got: Wires stapled to our elevator
